Two Intense Days at the Colosseum Filmtheater Berlin

On November 18 and 19, 2025, the KI-X HR Convention took place at the Colosseum Filmtheater in Berlin – Germany's largest AI conference for HR and communications professionals. With over 400 participants and more than 50 speakers, the event offered a unique platform for exchanging ideas about the practical use of artificial intelligence.

Falktron GmbH was right in the middle of it: as an exhibitor, as a speaker, and above all as a conversation partner for everyone who wants to not just understand AI, but actually apply it.

Expert Session: "From Theory to Practice – GDPR-Compliant AI in Everyday HR"

In our expert session, Matthias Mut demonstrated how AI can be integrated into HR processes in a meaningful and privacy-compliant way. With a provocative opening – "Almost every HR professional unknowingly violates data protection regulations" – it quickly became clear how significant the compliance risks are when handling sensitive data in HR.

Using a concrete case study, we showed how companies can deploy AI tools in a GDPR-compliant manner through pseudonymization and anonymization of applicant data – from resume screening to matching processes in recruiting. The core message: "The AI suggests, the human decides." To close, all participants received a practical 5-step checklist for implementing privacy-compliant AI solutions.

The response was overwhelming. Many participants face exactly these challenges and are looking for partners who can not only advise but also deliver.

Workshop: "AI in Action: Automate, Anonymize, Implement!"

In the subsequent workshop, participants got hands-on. After a live demo on masking and anonymizing sensitive data from typical HR documents, the group moved into interactive teamwork: each participant analyzed their own HR processes and identified concrete starting points for AI-powered automation – from resume screening to onboarding processes to meeting notes.

Our team supported the groups with best practices and practical feedback. By the end, every participant left with concrete implementation approaches and tools they could apply directly in their company. The workshop was deliberately designed to activate – no PowerPoint lectures, but real work on real challenges.

Networking: New Contacts, New Perspectives

What makes KI-X special is the quality of conversations. Between sessions, at our booth and at the networking dinner, we met numerous companies facing exciting digitalization projects. Some of these conversations have already developed into concrete partnerships.

We particularly enjoyed the exchange with other exhibitors and speakers. The AI community in Germany is growing – and KI-X is an important meeting point for everyone who wants to bring AI into practice, not just discuss it.

Conclusion: We'll Be Back

KI-X 2025 confirmed what we experience daily in our work: the demand for practical AI consulting and implementation in mid-sized companies is enormous. Companies are looking for partners who speak their language and deliver solutions that work – not the next hype, but real added value.
