On-site Workshop (1 day)

Interviews with IT management, specialist departments and administrative leadership. IT infrastructure walkthrough. Joint assessment of five dimensions.

Analysis & Funding Check (internal, 2 days)

Evaluation of results, comparison with OZG requirements, research of matching funding programs (state, federal, EU).

Results Presentation (on-site, half day)
